Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has long toes, and likes to wander around on lily pads.

And look! Its toes have grown longer and developed webbing! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Mizu Dancer lives in a tiny pond that is just a few meters away from the lake that Heilluise and Aquatic Ruler live in. She likes to spend her time "skating" and dancing across the water using the gentle breeze that pushes against her sails. She will also occasionally go visit Dragon Hogosha to play with her whenever she isn't busy protecting anybody in the nest from predators. Since she is so tiny and frail, she can only catch small fish and insects to eat along with any tadpoles or tiny frogs and aquatic plants she just so happens to find. If she gets tired of feeding on those tiny creatures, she will sometimes go visit Heilluise and Aquatic Ruler to see if they'll share any of their food with her. The "Mizu" part of her name means "water" in Japanese.
