Ochredrakes are a curious species with a wide array of mutations and interesting behaviors. Not as intelligent as normal dragons, they only breed with other drake species. While they may not be bright, ochredrakes are flamboyant and fun-loving with amazing, chirping voices to sing with, and tame readily in the presence of a gentle hand.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

Arnand has a sweet tooth and especially likes honey. He owns a small forest with a meadow of flowers and sugar canes at the edge of his mistress' domain. Scattered among the trees on that domain lie numerous bee hives, which are carefully looked after by their owner.

Arnand has become quite crafty with sweets and always has a big stack of honey, sugar, toffee, marmalade, honeycombs and even mead at home. Though he isn't powerful or magically gifted, he is very wealthy and has one of the biggest treasure hoards in the nest. That's because other dragons find his sweets irresistible and would pay great amounts of gold, silver or gems to get a taste of the invigorating, savory treats.
