Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Origami is a silent dragon who prefers to watch over others without speaking. It's rare for him to approach other dragons unless they're in need of help from him, and even then, he tends to ignore them once he's done all he can to help. If it weren't for the fact he met Alura and her twin a long time ago, he probably never would've had any other dragons to call friends.

Up until he met Alura, Origami kept to himself. He stumbled across the Split dragon when she was entangled in a bunch of vines, and Alura and her twin were arguing back and forth constantly until he yelled at them to 'Shut it or he'd give them something to scream about'. He allowed them to stay in his cave for a night, figuring he could get them out the next day. However, the two of them had other plans and stayed for a while, and eventually started treating the cave as their own by inviting in other dragons. Origami tried chasing them out at first, but Alura and her twin kept getting mad and holding him him down.
