Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s very festively colored.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Born during the season of the Second Snowy Wars, all four eggs of the Holly Quads were picked up by Lagie from the Cave of Abandoned Eggs. All four decided to stay in Lagie's caves, and all four stayed, by their own request, forever young, frozen permanently in hatchling form.

Julia is the dreamer, the musician, the artist of the Quads. She plays a variety of flutes, and is usually the one adding the artistic touches to Elise's projects. Julia has found herself in a second quartet, with Z Mod, JAvA, and Coffee in that Nebula. The four of them can spend hours discussing the finer points of coffee beans and the nuances a good roasting can bring. Julia loves a good strong cup of java and thinks tea is for losers.
