White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kaytara was brought into the cave to help Torac with her healing. He is an expert with using different plants he finds outside to heal, and rarely needs to use his magic. Kaytara spends most of his day mixing the plants he finds into new healing mixtures.

He is a pacifist, and hates to see others fight. Whenever the other dragons get into fights, Kaytara does all he can to break up the fight and help the dragons come to an agreement. Kaytara would never hurt even the smallest insect, and tries to be as gentle as possible when stripping the leaves he needs from plants. Most of the dragons in the cave think Kaytara is going too far to even be sympathetic with plants, but he ignores the comments.

Kaytara is in love with Torac, but unfortunately the other white dragon is too jealous of Kaytara's healing powers to notice his affection.
