Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name means "Sunset" in Japanese. She is a daughter of Kichiro and Ayumi, and is definitely a daddy's girl. She's a very strong and independent dragoness, who's always loved to play rough with the boys. Once she reached maturity, she suddenly transformed from a gawky dragonet who was just "one of the boys" into a beautiful dragoness who the males couldn't help but take notice of. Hinoiri however, was VERY uninterested in their advances. She just wanted to continue her life as it was, rough and tumble and just being one of the boys. Then she met Jinzhi, and the weirdest thing happened. He didn't seem interested in winning her over. He was fine with just being friends, and that provided her with a nice relief from all the unwanted attention. Soon however, she started to have new feelings towards him, feelings of budding love. Eventually she asked him out, and they began courting. Their love was well worth the wait. They are deeply and truly in love.
