Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Geraldine Liqueor is quite the Zombie, if you ask the dragons he resides with. Occasionally, he causes some worry when he's above ground. He often spends nights lumbering across the mountainside, harmlessly stalking other dragons through the night. Other dragons can often hear soft whispers emanating from him, ones of long forgotten arcane spells thought to be keeping him bound to the mortal plane. When approached verbally, he will often stare at the speaker as if in thought, growl in a raspy, understanding tone, and then shamble onward to his next destination.
