Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Renala was cursed with a huge sense of responsibility, probably due to being the most level headed by far of the first hatchlings of clan Immonique. She can be manipulated into anything by someone suggesting that they need her presence. Her duties imposed by this personality flaw are escorting Polo around and rescuing Roulette from her own curiosity.

Renala keeps the clans history by memorising it in the form of interesting tales to be told to hatchlings. Due to this she has a natural habit of falling into formal storytelling mode in normal conversations. Be warned, no one should ever tell her a secret unless they want it embellished and told to everyone.

Renala hopes one of her children will join her as a history keeper and tale spinner.
