On sunny days when the sea is clear and sparkling, coastal villages are often treated to a spectacular sight. While normally shy, Tideweaver Lindwyrms are emboldened by fair weather, and when one starts to dance, the rest soon follow. However, their intricate fins and complex dances are more than just a dazzling show. Tideweavers rely on slight changes in their movements and fin positions to communicate with others of their kind. This communication is key; the lindwyrms are almost always found traveling within tightly bonded family groups. To show affection, they have been known to gently hold one another with their small front legs.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Heart of the Sea is the descendant of a Heartseeker dragon and a Red-finned Tidal Dragon. Thus his love of the sea seems to have been passed down from his parents.

He spends much of his time dancing among the currents, perfecting his dances amidst the waves of his tropical home. He can be found harvesting local red seaweed to decorate his hide with, as the flowing red streaks accentuate his form while dancing.

He's quite popular with the local female Red Fins, due to his charming nature (from his Dad), but he never forgets his beautiful home in the coves with his mother. Even in the midst of the ever moving water, he still takes time to visit all of the aquatic life that he resides amongst, often helping found new Red Coral Reefs for the small creatures that live under his care.

His dances have been spotted once or twice by local fisherman, but he only reveals himself to young lovers out for romantic boatings while visiting his Island in search of bliss.
