Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys swimming in a nearby pond.

And look! Its fins and tail have gotten bigger, and you’ve moved it to a larger body of water to swim in. It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Shunabbre has a fascination with items found on the shore.  She likes to watch land creatures from hidden shallows, wait for them to leave a possession behind, and then reach out from the water's edge to grab the item for herself.

As this dragon lives in a river near a popular spot for people to wade after snails in the riverbed, she has gathered a large footwear collection.  Her favorite shoe is an old boot because its long laces are tied together at the end.  She is able to slip her head through the laces and use the boot as a bucket for items she scavenges along the riverbank.

Aside from the useful boot, Shunabbre loves items with shiny bits that last underwater.  A slipper made of metal links once lined with fabric is the pinnacle of her collection, though no one would want to wear it now.
