White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name means "Heal" in Japanese. She is one of the many daughters of Kiyomi and Kentaro and was raised alongside her sister An'ya. They are complete opposites, but best friends none the less. An'ya is very feisty and mistrusting of others, while Iyasu is very loving, friendly, and trusting towards everyone. Iyasu is very good at healing the other dragons when they have been injured, and is also very good at identifying herbs and plants used to heal. She met her mate, Hikou, when he was flying through the valley. She knew that she liked him when he flew down and asked if it hurt when she fell from heaven. Their courtship was sweet, and when they became life mates, they both knew that it was perfect, and exactly what was meant to happen. They love each other more than anything else, and enjoy nothing more than snuggling together as the sun sets.
