Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shealos is a Dragon from the legendary city of Origoth. Dragons from that part of the world are wiser than all others. Shealos is a dragon at the court of the queen of Aquaria, City of The Sea. Aquaria is a city west of the city of Neverwinter across the sea. Shealos fell in the battle of orith. Shealos was wounded and queen saved her and joined the queen's court. Since then, the story has become legend. The city broke off of Origoth and went out to sea a month after the city of Origoth was built. The city came to Origoth in Winter and left in the spring. Rumors suggest that Shealos went to the temple of Ice in Asgrith when Aquaria was submerged at the bottom of the Sea in Summer. Shealos returns when the city is at the surface in Fall.
