Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys gathering pebbles and other small rocks and putting them in a pile.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

GleamingSnake is a Green Dragon hatchling with a lot of friends. She loves to play with the other hatchlings, even though she almost never wins. But sometimes she goes off into the wilderness to play with some very different creatures. She had noticed an injured snake when out wandering one day. She took the snake to her favorite healing dragon, IntrepidFeather. The snake was not only hurt it was pregnant! IntrepidFeather and GleamingSnake were able to fully heal the snake and all of her babies. The snakes were all released about a mile from the cave. But GleamingSnake was their favorite dragon, and they are all her friends. She spends a lot of time out with them and everyone knows this. Even her name, GleamingSnake, came from how much time she spends with her serpent friends.
