Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fealaure, like his sister Feafalasse, is a small dragon for his breed. He usually spends time in libraries asking his human to read to him, as flipping pages is not easy for those who have paws, even though the paws are small enough. He loves to read rather than to talk, and when he has to communicate he writes letter rather than to talk face-to-face. He only talks with his sister in blood and his "sister" as a nestmate, who looked after the egg since his human first picked him up from the pile of abandoned eggs. He is mainly herbivorous, but he scavenges when he feels ready for it, and he likes eating meals cooked for him by his human. After eating, he nuzzles down to the human to ask for a bath, as his human always gave him baths when he was a hatchling.
