White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

One of the first two sons of Saint Ives and Netherweave, Nigelgen is a shy guy, like the nerd kid in the class, a bit of a brainy type. He is rather clumsy for a graceful type of dragon.  He was raised alongside a black dragon called Norren. They were good friends since they've hatched. Nigelgen also became good friends with the gentle earth dragon Leafstorm, who took good care of the eggs and helped raised hatchlings with Kira and Emeraldstorm. Nigelgen is trying to make friends with all the other dragons that Kira helped raise. He loves to listen to Kora May sing, a female white dragon that he'd like to be with, but would rather not press the matter any further than good friends. He likes to play with small bugs like butterflies and ladybugs. Nigelgen feels a bit down a lot from being teased by some of the older dragons that he was raised around.
