Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shainitinman loves his shiny hide. He is constantly strutting about in the sunlight just to see it glisten. In order to keep himself so shiny, he is constantly cleaning himself, though he doesn't just do that. He enjoys adding little accessories here and there to feel even more handsome than before. Usually he finds a bit of holly to wrap around his tail and horns, but sometimes it is mistletoe.

His name means 'Shiny Tin Man'.
