When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ichorous Rasa is one of the most playful dragons in the clan, and constantly bugs Water Witherer for a good game of tag. While Rasa might seem carefree and detrimental to the water environment she lives in, she tries her best to help it thrive, single-mindedly protecting it whenever one of the storm dragons loses their temper. When everyone else refuses to play, she often manages to enlist a rogue dragon or two who are willing to give her an hour or so. Often these dragons stay with the clan, and that is the reason it keeps growing so rapidly. Such a happy-go-lucky creature is hard to turn down, even when it's been pestering you for a few hours about wanting that last salmon in your stash. Ichorous is the dragon that keeps track of the new members in the clan, helping them to find their way around and keeping them entertained.
