Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Isirith moves slowly and gracefully like a drifting cloud, but many dragons suspect that this is because she is on the verge of nodding off to sleep nearly all of the time. She eats very little and sleeps very often. When she is awake, her eyes have a very far-away look in them.

Many years ago, curious little Isirith left her dragon clan to spend some time among a tribe of humans, learning their ways. Rising with the sun and resting with the moon, as the humans did, may have thrown off her Moonstone-dragon biological clock, which may explain her constant drowsiness. On the other hand, the humans also gave her a gift- the ability to weave dreamcatchers. When she's not sleeping, Isirith can be found weaving the mystical little webs out of grasses and willow branches. She gives them as gifts to other dragons, humans, or any other creature that catches her fancy.
