Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Requirem spent years living a prisoner, his wings bound to his body and legs trapped in heavy iron shackles, alone in the darkness save for one small hole that let in weak sunlight and the faintest hint of a fresh breeze. He was a slave to his conscience, and his cruel master was the weight of his own crimes. But after years of wasting away, becoming a hollow shell that had long since forgotten what being free meant, he was declared reformed and was given a second chance.

For a while afterwards, he stumbled around blinded by his lack of confinement, struggling to remember how to truly live again. He was eventually accepted by a small clan many long miles from his prison, and he proved to be a valuable member of their society. Requriem has learned to enjoy himself again, but his mind won't let him forget the thick steel door he spent so many years behind, where he believes an evil inside of him died, and a new dragon with a good heart was born.
