Hellhorse Dragons are foul-tempered, spirited creatures with tempestuous and violent dispositions. Torrents of scorching flames erupt from their bodies and can easily set their surroundings ablaze. Highly aggressive and territorial toward other dragon species, Hellhorses will tolerate others as long as they believe the association to be beneficial. Such alliances are tenuous in nature and frequently short-lived, as the slightest disagreement can easily escalate into a full-out brawl.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

There was a time when no mane of flame burned along Hielined's neck and his thoughts were unclouded by anger. A time when his claws were driven to protect more than himself. A time when he was bound by the bonds of friendship. But the dragon he considered to be his friend declared they were nothing more than allies, that their relationship would only exist so long as it was useful to both dragons. The realization that Hielined had only imagined the feeling of trust, building up the "friendship" in his mind left him feeling betrayed by his friend. Flames of anger and rage lept along his body once more as his friend became his enemy and fled in terror. He tells himself that he never cared and that he prefers being alone, never admitting how much this betrayal hurt.
