Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, smaller in females, aiding both in digging up food and protection from attack. Females are noticeably brighter than males due to their habit of not straying far from particularly algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rise of a Queen believes that her purpose is to become a queen. Queen of all those Flamingo Wyverns, every dragon that has ever died and ever will live, all of them.

Most dragons believe that she's just lying, or has some mental defect that can allow her to become so delusional.

She can become a queen though. She's very beautiful for a Flamingo Wyvern, the black crest perfect in shape and size. She's smarter than the average dragon, and much smarter than most Drakes. She's a good leader with a strong drive.

There's really nothing stopping her from being a queen. If she really tried, she probably would succeed in all her dreams and aspirations.
