White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mira takes after her father Henry with her very shy and quiet demeanor. She is a bit smaller than most White dragons and feels insecure about this fact. Physically, her body is also slightly weaker due to a period of not eating during her childhood. She was afflicted with a parasite that fed off of her natural body reserves, leaving her exhausted and weak all the time. Her father and mother tried desperately to make her eat, but it was Maeyella in the end who helped coax the child to eat again. Henry and Eileen feel that they are indebted to Maeyella for life, but the Red dragon doesn't feel right accepting tribute from them. Mira loves to watch dandelion seeds float off into the breeze, and her magical healing abilities are unsurpassed even by the older, more experienced White dragons. Henry and Eileen tend to be overly worrisome about their daughter, but Mira is a bright-hearted and free-spirited dragon who is always careful about where she goes and with whom.
