Of course, miracles don't come cheap, so he must always ask for some small payment in return, though he always states how much this pains him to do. He's even kind enough to allow his client to pay in installments, as long as they're willing to add some small amount in interest. If what he asks for is more than what the other dragon wants to pay, well, then their problem can't be that serious after all. Runsy always gives careful instructions, so if some dragons wind up in greater trouble as a result of his advice or don't get the desired result, well, that's hardly his fault. They were either careless or unclear about exactly what they wanted.
