Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This Royal Blue dragoness has the habit of being very lazy, which really isn't too much of a problem except for the fact that some of her favorite places to flop down and snooze are right in the middle of the cave's busiest corridors. Most of the other dragons have learned to just step around her, since all the poking and prodding in Valkemare wouldn't get her to move if she didn't want to. Though every once in a while, some unfortunate dragon will be in a hurry and not realize she's there and end up stumbling over her sprawled out wings or tail followed by cries of "Who put a rug here!" before they recognize that it's actually her. Brightroyal just thinks this is the funniest thing and has repeatedly petitioned for her owner to change her name to 'Rug Just Kidding', but to no avail.
