Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Venia is one of the sweetest dragons Kinners owns. Her name means Graceful Dream, referring to her graceful demeanor and her species. She uses her tail to snatch things out of people or dragons' hands while she hovers above them as a kind of prank. She has a great sense of humor and loves a good prank or joke, as long as it's not offensive or mean. She isn't very good at flying, her being used to floating on her cloud. When she knows one of her cavemates has a problem, she will try to find a solution and then drop the solution onto said dragon as a daydream. She loves to float above the natural clouds on her own cloud and view the beautiful sky and the things below. She admired Vol when she was a hatchling and now has a little crush on him. She sometimes spies on him from above to figure out how to win his heart.
