Ochredrakes are a curious species with a wide array of mutations and interesting behaviors. Not as intelligent as normal dragons, they only breed with other drake species. While they may not be bright, ochredrakes are flamboyant and fun-loving with amazing, chirping voices to sing with, and tame readily in the presence of a gentle hand.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

Thrasos, named after the Greek mythological spirit of boldness, knows no fear, or so everyone thinks. And they are mostly right. Thrasos has stopped attacks on the cave (with the help of Eilethyia, a Guardian dragon). He's saved eggs from falling off the cliffs that border one side of the cave and flown higher than any other dragon to save a balloon dragon from certain death. Thrasos is very popular in the cave, and if everyone does not like him (most do) then they all at least respect him. But there is one thing that Thrasos does fear, and it is not a fear for himself, but for his master. He fears that one day, humans will ravage Earth, leaving nothing beautiful behind.
