Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Vehwekkod had a rather lonely life. Both of his brutal parents were too obsessed with their own good looks to care much for Vehwekkod and it was decided that Vehwekkod would do best within the care of the foster system. Vehwekkod ended up in a cave far away from his parents, but still, few dragons wanted much to do with him when they heard of his legacy. Vehwekkod took a leaf from his parents' book and held his head high, pretending not to hear the hurtful whispers or catch the fleeting glances of pure curiosity. Then one day, he ran into a dragon named Cejk who was much like himself—cast out and pushed aside for crimes not her own. Cejk understood Vehwekkod, the guilt he felt over the crimes of his parents, and Vehwekkod finally felt wanted and appreciated. He pledged his life to Cejk as her mate and together they plan to forge a more loving, caring life for themselves and their children. Finally, Vehwekkod no longer feels forgotten.
