Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tomasker is the alpha male of the mountain dwelling dragons, although he has few children. He revels in his power and predictions of the weather and prides his gorgeous wings. He, like his mate Spiralka, keeps his appearance sleek and dignified, and he is one of the oldest dragons in this cave as well as the most powerful. Though he is skilled, he is not dangerously ambitious. He is happy watching his clan expand, teaching the hatchlings, and protecting their borders. Tomasker is impatient. Though he loves teaching prodigies and sharing wisdom with the other powerful adults, he is often cross with his own children and with slow learners, and is not always supportive with the females who bring abandoned eggs in to raise them. He does realize that hatchlings are the future of his clan, however, and appreciates them even if they annoy him.
