Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Sorrow's Song was always shunned by others for her lineage. Most dragons avoided her as if she had the plague, and Sorrow was alone for most of her life. However, this did not turn Sorrow into a cold, heartless dragon; rather, she was even more compassionate to those in need. Sorrow's best friend is Kismet Bender, a Geode who chose to stay forever young like her. She also befriended Mellirene, a lonely Turpentine. Sorrow would protect her friends with her life, and is a fierce fighter. She avoids fighting with others when she can, preferring to watch the White Dragons healing others and playing in the meadows with Kismet. Sorrow made the choice to be a hatchling forever when she was very young, wanting to avoid the mistake her parents made and instead keep her hatchling form. Sorrow doesn't regret her decision, and continues to live her life happily.
