Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s rather plain looking, though.

And look! It has grown wings, and bright markings have developed all over its body.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Seasack lives on the coast, close to the ocean where he can get his favorite food: jellyfish. He finds his poison barbs are more potent when he eats lots of stinging jellyfish.

Though he likes to catch his food from the ocean, Seasack does not like the motion of the waves. Landing once on a boat to eat his catch, he quickly lost his appetite and what he had previously eaten. Now he makes sure to take his catches to solid ground before eating.
