Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gwion is a dragon of great passion; he just generally loves life. He enjoys planning and executing elaborate pranks on his friends.  He also loves music, and possesses an almost rabid curiosity which inspires him to delve deeply into every conceivable intellectual subject. Even since before maturation, Gwion has sought the most knowledgeable dragons he could find and tried to learn as much as he could from them; Calos in particular has become something of a mentor. He has learned a fair bit on his own as well, and though he is still quite young, Gwion's expertise across all fields is already impressive, and is growing rapidly to boot. During his many visits to his mentor's abode, Gwion became enamored with Ustila Karya and Calos's young daughter Ismene Karya, and the two have since become mated.
