Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Golden Flora uses her radiant scales to her advantage while hunting or fighting. She will angle herself so that light will bounce off of her and into her target's eyes, then attack while they are blinded. This of course only works on sunny days, and the rest of the time she has to hunt using different means. She does not bother with ambush hunting, preferring instead to use her superior speed and stamina to chase down her prey.
