Garland Dragons are a welcome sight in the skies during the holiday season. Their slightly luminous scales shine softly at night or catch the day’s sunbeams as they turn loops and spirals in the sky. They will often drape themselves around tall pine trees or along rooflines, adding a festive note to the winter scenery. Occasionally they drop red mana berries from their garland-like mane, which offer a comforting warmth to those that find them.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Rumor has it that Snoubelle has been meeting with a Guardian of Nature somewhere. This is already enough to earn her ire from the rest of the cave, who are wary of the powers of the godlike dragons, but what truly has Snoubelle in hot water is the fact that her union with the Guardian has been spawning the violent Avatars of Destruction, of all Avatar types. This has the dragons utterly baffled, as the Garland's peaceful and gentle nature seems to clash directly with the idea of her having any alignment with the forces of Destruction. When confronted by this, Snoubelle denies having any insidious machinations, and in fact seems to have no desire to actually raise the eggs, instead leaving them out in the wilds. Nevertheless, her bond with the Guardian and the implications of their offspring have the cave wary of her and other Garlands—a stark contrast to how the rest of the Holiday Dragons are treated.
