Fowla is a "pet" to a mint dragon named Ancasta. Ancasta found Fowla as an egg and thought the egg was a rock. She spent the day rolling it around because to her it was a fun game. That night, the "rock" hatched and a fuzzy chick rolled out. Perplexed by this phenomenon, Ancasta had the idea to keep the fuzzy chirping ball tucked away in the cave with her stash of berries until she could figure out what it was. In true Ancasta form, she forgot all about the fuzzy chirping rock and eventually Fowla ate all of Ancasta's berries and grew up into a large and juicy chicken. One day, hungry for a snack, Ancasta discovered Fowla and an empty pile of berries. Mad for only a minute, Ancasta decided that it would be fun if Fowla came with her to pick more berries. From that moment, Fowla has followed Ancasta around everywhere. This is mainly because it keeps her from getting eaten by the other dragons in the cave.
