Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When other dragons see Micori running through the forest, flattening trees and disturbing everything within a three-mile radius, they usually turn tail and run. The Terrae truly believes herself to be a Pygmy, which has caused great irritation and has actually ended in injuries for some of Team Cydragon. Autumn was once almost crushed to death when the larger dragon sat on top of her; Micori, thinking she was merely a foot or two long, had attempted to run off the Spitfire and had ended up sitting down.

As Micori is a Republicator, she is not supposed to be on the Separator Territories; however, this does not stop her from pounding through their forests. Whenever Team Cydragon and the rest of the Separators see her coming, they all take shelter in the Aperture Canyons. GLaDOS allows them to stay for one reason and one reason alone: she hates Micori, as the Terrae assisted Chell in escaping the Canyons...
