Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Being made of flimsy paper hasn't kept Of The Minority from stating her opinions at every opportunity she gets!  Although she doesn't truly have a gender, Minority insists that she is female, and has been known to give paper cuts to anyone who argues otherwise.  Although this statement seems odd enough, saying that she is female is nothing to the other things that Minority tends to go on about.  From insisting that "fire will ruin us all" to repeatedly protesting that parchment deserves rights, she seems determined to make sure that all of her opinions are radically different from those of the majority of dragons.  It is this argumentative, contradictory attitude that caused the other dragons to give her the name that she still bears with pride, for it symbolizes all that she believes in.  Being a part of the minority isn't an unfortunate problem for Minority—it's a way of life.  It has been rumored that she will go so far as to change her beliefs simply to stay "in the Minority".
