Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Called Hawk for short by his friends, Hawk Flight has always been trouble. He was abandoned by his mother as an egg and a stranger quickly took him in. When he finally hatched,he would play with the fog banks and when he got his wings he was flying instantly. Now, as an adult he is the best flyer among his friends. He's kind of competitive and will brag sometimes but quickly apologizes. And of course he loves flying!

Dark Shado convinced him one day to join his side and fight Golden Awakenings and his army. Hawk Wing agreed because of his liking of Dark Sunbeam. His heart was broken when he discovered she and Dark Shado were together. He would have left had Dark Shado not threatened his life.
