Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sssashia is Heart's Blood's first red daughter and a full sister to Sssarrgon and Akkhina. Soft spoken and often shy, her personality is as far from her parents as Sssarrgon is close. She is placid and slow to anger, abiding more by her brains than her muscle. She is also the slightest female in her family and dainty to a fault, breaking bones easily. Her hide is cloudy, light in areas, intense in others and she has a spot of greenish-yellow on her head.

Sssashia did inherit one major quality from her mom. She has an impeccable sense of right and wrong and an undeniable loyalty to those she loves.

The closest one to her is, ironically, her brother. Despite differences in personality and build along with everything else which defines a good dragon, they are extremely protective of one another and tend to spend most of their time together. Sssashia is often more advanced than her brother despite her placid nature, quickly learning new fire breathing techniques and flying maneuvers.
