Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has a large, shield-like object at the end of its tail that it uses for protection.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Anni-Frid Lyngstad was staring outside into an open clearing. A note just fell out of nowhere! She picked it up and it appeared to be about Jkhudwo Don Owwj, some sort of alien language thing. So she took no notice of it, and walked away. Suddenly, many eggs started appearing out of nowhere. In the open clearing, many eggs, that looked like the picture on the note, started piling up. Many of the eggs where taken, and Anni wasn't lucky enough to steal one, as they had four eggs already, and didn't want to disobey the dragon law. But, Anni would set out each day to have a look at one certain cave, which managed to steal a couple. She recorded the progress each day until it finally grew up. She then managed to translate the note from what she had learned and it read some amazing things.
