Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
When Amber arrived in the cave, the first reaction of the other dragons was to say "Oh, no, not another electric." This hurt his feelings. A lot. They were sorry later—it had been a bad day—but he still has a massive chip on his shoulder, which was why they called him Amber—he's a warning light, they say. He says if that was an attempt at a joke, it went badly wrong. So he sulks a lot.
When it gets dark,he does do his bit to light the cave, but he isn't what anyone could call friendly, although some of the others have tried very hard to be extra nice to him. He is beginning to realise that sulking can make people try harder, and do him favours to get him to snap out of it. This is not good for him; he has started to use his sulks as a way of getting what he wants, and some day, this will rebound on him. But not yet.
