Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This Skywings dragon tends to be more of a loner than others. She flies alone near her favorite mountain, many miles from home, except when with her closest dragon, a mint dragon named Evenescance, who rides on her back for the moonlight hours when their owner is asleep. She is well-liked by the dragons, as she is very kind for the majority of the time. Even so, she enjoys preforming flying tricks for all the dragons of other species, who have never been able to fly as fast as a Skywing. Some think she is a bit of a show-off. Sometimes many humans disapprove of SchiLee and say it is like she never left her egg, because she does not always seem to be connected with the rest of the world. Sometimes, she just likes to be left alone to her little cave of brothers and sisters.
