Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silver WindStorm is a quick, and speedy dragon. A flirt, he enjoys spending time with the clan's females. He was raised mostly by Gray Guardian, as there was a war going on when he was a hatchling, and Gray Guardian was the only one available to watch over the hatchlings. Because of that, Silver WindStorm had the many opportunities to fly with his foster mother, and became almost as talented at flying as her. The best flyer out of the silver males, Silver WindStorm is able to out-fly any dragon except for Lady Talia, and Racing Wind.
