Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Energetic and playful, Ippings loves to flit and zoom in the sky trying to out race his own shadow. She loves to engage big races with other Whiptails, as they scream through the clouds in the thrill of the moment. When its time to come home for the night Ippings always puts up a silly fight, flitting in and out of Her humans reach till they give up and go to sleep, then she curls up tight around them, with the rest of her dragon pack not far off.
