Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Euneira is the eldest dragon in the Serenne legions. He is the elder of the Fuleothyes and is often seen speaking quietly to Carrhida, the leader. In his elderly age, he has long since given up on clearing the plants around him, and lets them be. He resides under an overhang in a grove with a pool of water. Hatchlings often gather around him, wanting to hear stories, which he will give if they bring him prey. He mainly lives off of small rodents due to this.

Euneira rarely rises from the hole he lives in—and when he does, it's to go get angry at Julius the Nature Guardian or Carrhida for messing something up again. And then, he will educate them on magicks they've both forgotten, knowing them only by theory.

His scales have fallen behind on being saturated, so instead of the deep green yellow of a normal Vine, they're a bit grayer than usual. He seems all right with this, and says that he won't die for another two centuries or so.

Euneira has also grown benevolent in his age.
