Olive Dragons are a small, forest-dwelling breed, rarely growing much larger than the average sheep. When alarmed, they can erect a long row of venomous spines on their back, serving to warn any potential predators that Olives are not a good choice for a meal. While not strong enough to kill anything larger than a small deer, their venom causes an extremely painful reaction and necrosis at the bite site, sometimes causing the flesh to rot and limbs to fall off.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Chlorine's arrival in the Periodic Clan was, to say the least, dramatic. There had been some tension between the Clan and its neighbors before then, and just as Chlorine was being filed as a member, the conflict escalated into a full-blown war. While this is not typical for his breed, the Olive dove straight into battle with his venom fangs and proved himself to be a deadly warrior. However, caught up in the heat of the moment and not knowing his clanmates very well yet, he didn't quite stick to his own side, causing massive casualties to both clans.

Nowadays, Chlorine still feels bad for what he's done, as he never intended to kill in the first place—not even the foreign dragons, much less his own. He's been trying hard to redeem himself since; he has taken up several jobs within the Clan, mostly centered around cleaning and purification, as if to wash his guilt away. Even so, many still look at Chlorine with suspicion at best.
