Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mavrikon was the name that Haike dubbed onto him, since two close friends gave it to her. The gray dragon controlled the weather, gleefully rearranging rain clouds and showering them over Ishmaris clearing, knowing full well that she and her nest sister Ishrami do not like the moisture to meddle with their affairs. Mavrikon is akin to Ramiele, being the darker half of the other. He thoroughly enjoys hunting down smaller creatures, but deep down he knows hes doing it for Ramiele, providing his nest brother with animals to care for. <br/>His hume Haike managed to arrange a perch for the dragon in the tower at her lovely pink house, and in return he waters the necessary vegetable garden. The perch was decorated with personal items he managed to salvage for himself:  barometres, weather charts and equations for potential global warming. He was a very intelligent dragon, with the only distraction being Ramiele.
