Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When Darth Vader and Darth Quietus were growing up, there was great tension in the cave, as a mass population boom amongst black dragons turned much attention and ill will towards their kind. As hatchlings, they formed a deep bond because of their differences.

Their very first breeding gave them a precious egg that matched their own colors. Overjoyed, Vader and Quietus prepared for the hatching of their first little one. Tragedy struck, however, when the little egg was lost. Heartbroken, Vader and Quietus searched the cave for days, looking for their child.

To make their agony even more unbearable, breeding between black dragons was banned to halt the surge in population; the egg was their last chance to have a child together.

Finally, they met a kindly young man named Rave, who had found their egg and kept it safe. Instead of clinging to the rare prize, he gave it back willingly.

No matter what happens in the cave, they remain faithful lifemates.
