Desipis Dragons are an extremely dangerous breed, synonymous with the paths of desolation they leave in their wakes. These gargantuan beasts are infamous for their innate ability to control and manipulate the minds of others, which they use to pulverize the sanities of their foes and forge false memories. This power is especially effective on the foolish, and only the strongest-willed individuals have been known to resist a Desipis’s cunning. Most who anger Desipises do not live to tell the tale. Desipis Dragons are especially feared for their uncanny power of absorbing the magic of others with the fire they breathe and converting it into the bright reserves of crystallized mana that decorate their bodies.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ruthlessly cunning and uncannily mellow, Tantrum is the leader of the Desipises on SL's scroll. He was the first caught, hatched, and matured of the new batch of Halloween dragons, thus making him the oldest and strongest.

Tantrum is quite stoic and placid, which is most unusual for his breed. The other specimens are thunderous and belligerent, bellowing and spewing their energy-sapping flames at any dragon who draws near. In fact, the other Desipise Dragons are nearly as aggressive as Hellfire Wyverns. Tantrum seems to be the only one big and powerful enough to control his group.

Don't mistake his silence for weakness. While he may not be riotous, Tantrum possesses a frighteningly cunning mind and quietly malicious intentions. He uses his mind control to force dragons to do his bidding, allowing him to stay hidden and in the clear. He plans to overthrow each Halloween Dragon leader in the cave and claim the Halloween crown as his. His main obstacle is the difficult Black Marrow, Lurk.
