Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Red Eyes of Deep Stone is the clans' Scribe. He records their history and keeps records of everything brought in. He lives deep underground in the clan archives, and hasn't left in twenty years. He must sleep occasionally, but no dragon has ever seen him do anything but write or organize. He mutters darkly to himself and doesn't like anybody very much, but his vast amount of knowledge makes him very useful.
