White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aracelis spends most of her days secluded in the eastern tower, overlooking the river, the fields, and the forest beyond them.  She also watches over her mate, her offspring, and the other dragons.  She has a particular love for the wild green called amaranth and for the waters of Loch Linnhe.  The little mint dragon Simka is usually to be found nestled near her.  Her name means "Altar of the Sky".
